Making an appointment is simple. Just click on the button below and find a time that works for you.

If you are a new patient, then you will need to fill out initial paper work.

1. Go to the new patient tab.

2. Download the form for first time visit. Fill that out and bring it in when you come in.  At the bottom of the page, take as much space as you need to clearly explain what you would like help with and what brings you in to Hidden Well Acupuncture. Be as specific as you care to be.

Some things to consider with online scheduling:

If a day is ever full when you want to come in just email us at hiddenwellacupuncture@gmail.com and we will help you find a time that day.

Also, with  our new online scheduling, cancellations show up immediately so good to check the schedule throughout the day as it does change.
